Legacy VCM and SIP?

We have an IPO 500 4.2 with 30 SIP Licenses and VCM licenses, but SIP is not working. We have another IPO with a new VCM and all the SIP calls work. We are using the sames carrier for this other IPO so we know that the settings are correct.

Ideas?

We have a VCM 5 card in a Legacy carrier. Found out that VCM 5 cards are not supported. VCM 4, 8, 16, 24....are supported.
