leave mail in vmpro on ucm not working

Hi All.

I know this shouldn't be this hard, but now that I have the customer getting the calls they need, I want to have a message, when they are on their softphone, get the message waiting indicator.

Since I have a vmpro on ucm, I went to the user, created a leave start point, and in specific I point it to the mailbox of the extension I want it on.

However, when I call in, I get the recording saying that the call will go into the new mailbox, but then it just hangs up and never goes to voicemail for the softphone extension.

Any ideas?

Update: I now have leave mail working. I put in just a start point and leave mail, as before, but now it seems to be working. Don't ask me why. So the only thing now is the set user variable action and test action so they can say they are at their hard phone or at their softphone. I have gone through the kb, but still having issues. Help with this wouldn't hurt either.
