Least Cost Routing on 2.1 IP Office not working

Working with an IP Office in our office. Trying to get LCR to work and continue to get incompatible or wave off.
I have removed all system short codes using 9. I tried a number of variations of "short codes" in the Main tab of the LCR and cannot find a working combination. I have read some previous threads and set up accordingly with no success. Can someone provide me with the details??

This must work if your outgoing trunk is 0.

We almost want to use seconddailtone so the most shortcode,s in previous threads are that way.

Then in the system shortcode,s this code must stay.

I've had better luck using "dial3k1" everywhere rather than dial.

Thanks for the help. I did get it working. After I made my post I found a great post on 10/18 discussing how LCR and System Short codes interact.
