Learning source for SAP

I'm new to SAP system administration and appreciate if anybody out there can point out some resource or guides that will be useful in the system admin of SAP server,

It would be most helpful as I'm throw into the sea after our SAP system administrator left our company. =(

is a very good resource, although it's not a usual text book kind of compilation - which takes a while to get acustomed to it.
But surely this is a very good and rich resource on SAP.
