LDK300 Autoattend setup

sorry for the vaugeness of this post but im new to the game when it comes to PBXs.

Until Last week we had 4 PSTN lines (lines connecting to our LDK300. We now have 8 Voip lines conected to the PBX set up as 4 BRI connections.

Before the change the autoattend would present 6 options then go onto a hunt group of receptionist phones if no option is selected

Since the change of lines the autoattend presents the options but no longer continues onto the hunt group, it just drops the call

I can access the PBX via an ldp7000 handset or PC admin. ive looked at the CCR settings but cant work out how to set when the call goes from there.

I have tried getting hold of the engineer who fitted the lines and made some changes but to no joy, i hope you guys can help me out.

Now that you have changed the lines you will need to set those new lines to DISA in pgm 140 and send it to the voice message number your using in the CCR menu eg:01 once this is on it should work fine.
