LDK-300 SMDR output

Hie all
I have an LDK300 configured for tenant-ing. Each company wants their own call logging records sent directly to their system. Is it possible to out output the same call logging records from 2 different ports at the same time on LDK300? If so how?

I guess that you can only have one SMDR output in ipLDK-300.

PRINT PORT SELECTION (PGM 175 TBN 6) On-line SMDR. On-line SMDR data can be printed through the selected port.

You are going to need a call logging soloution , as the output can only be sent via one port , you would then be able to split the report by company and extension , retell supply systems like this in the uk.

Many thanks. I see I have to run a call logging system on one machine and let the individual companies access the database from it as and when they require it. I think there is software that can do that like PABX logger & PABX Report

I dont know those products but most will also schedual emails , may be of help rather than having separate customers accessing the same data base.

In the pass we have used 2 x rs232 just solder 1 on to the back of the other one and this worked ok

Many thanx all. I have tried randall1uk (TechnicalUser),s suggestion and each company is receives the same output. Only risk is if port on one machine goes faulty!!!!!!

Hi All
I have, in the past also taken the RS232 and made a splitter - this then sends all the SMDR records to both call loggers..
Each call logging application can then be used to sort each companies records
