Hello again!

Could someone please instruct me on how to remotely connect to my system via the MODU card? I am not sure of what ADMIN programming is needed, as opening PGM 170 shows Modem programming: Station or CO Number. Programming manual is equally useless here as well.

I want to be able to use a dialup modem to call the system via analog trunk and then use LDK ADMIN to program a remote system. Is this possible ?

install the modu i believe the default extension of the modu is x227 select the analogue trunk that will be used to dial into the system and point that line number to extension 227 then on the PC with the LDK admin software create a new connection set the modem number then save right click the new connection and select connect with modem and under settings check your dialing out over your modem and dialing the correct number.

OK - so how do I verify that the MODU is x227 ? Does it have a 'jack' number in the numbering plan I should refer to ?

under system attributes PGM 170 I believe is modem settings you set the associated Extension however should be X227 by default as previously mentioned.

Setting is blank by default. Won't let me enter 227. Gives an error tone when attempting to do this. I 'made' an extension by assigning a station number to a vacant port, X300. I was able to enter x300 in PGM 170. I'll have to attempt to ring it in at another time, as I can't try right now, and will report back. Thanks

needs to be the last port in pgm 110 from memory
