Hello all,

I have an LDK-20 that is behaving in a strange way. I have 3 DIDs linked up to be sent to the VOIM, and then be pushed through to Hunt Group 620. Strangely enough though, only 1 number is working. The other 2 numbers are configured to travel to the VOIM, in the web portal, and they are all set in the Flexible DID table as well.

I can't work out why 1 is working when all 3 are set to do exactly the same thing.
If anyone could shed some light on this, I would be grateful

Thanks,
Angel

Have you set up the other 2 numbers in the voim "SIP attributes 2" page? If they are not there, the system won't accept the call

The other 2 numbers are there, but the system is not receiving the call. Do you know of a way to check active registration on an account to make sure it is registered properly?
Also, what is the difference between "Register" and "Provision" in SIP Att. 2"?

Hi Angel

The registration/Provision story is a long one. It also depend on how your SIP provider is sending you the calls.
On LDK I found that registration requires a password for each number, Provision did not.

However with regard to your missing DDI numbers, I would suggest getting to know Wireshark. Get a switch that can do mirror porting and you should be able to see if the calls are getting to your system at all.
