ldap instanance on a new I.P address

I want to install a ldap instanance in a server which has already a slapd instanance running and I want the new instanance to answer request through a specific I.P Address.
I know that there is a parameter which we need to add to dse.ldif file but not sure, any HELP?

I am not sure if you change the DSE.LDIF file that will work since SunOne stores a bunch of settings in the LDAP directory itself usually under "cn=config".

Why don't use just setup a new instance and the same box and run it on a different port?
