LDAP connection not working after R2 upgrade

I am working with a group of folks who have LDAP authentication working. Before they upgraded to XI R2 this worked wonderfully for reports in Crystal. It picked up the current user id and passed it back to the sql database smoothly.

Since they upgraded the crystal reports are requiring that you log in again to run the report instead of accept the ldap user id.

Has anyone run across this?

I have noticed the same thing. But I have to say that we have so many other problems that I have not even begun to address this.
