LDAP Attribute "nortelUserDefinedField"

I have LDAP set up and working to AD 2003. I need to do a report from OTM on AD 2003 Attribute Field "Description". So here is my problem.

I can set up "Description ---> Description" but I cant report of that. I can report of "Comments" but I cant set up "Description ---> Comments".

I can report on "USER0 ~ USER9" (User feild 0 ~ 9) and there is an attribute "nortelUserDefinedField" so I can set up "Description ---> nortelUserDefinedField"

SO where does nortelUserDefinedField go to and how do you define it and does it relate to User0 ~ User9?
