I am using IP Office R8.1 and have set up the LDAP directory connection as per the help page instructions. Using Softerra LDAP Administrator I can "see" the OU username phone number etc on the SBS 2008 Active Directory. Using IP Office System Status program it is showing the LDAP update status as Success but shows 0 Imported and 0 Discarded records. When I check with incoming calls from my mobile (the number of which I have put into AD) it does not show the name. I am running out of things to try so any suggestions of what the problem could be would be welcome.

Thanks

John

I think you have not setup a proper search filter / query.
The standards are written for Server 2000 and I think Server 2008 use a different scheme.
I have integrated LDAP with a server 2003 and had to change both the search filter as well as the search query.
When you use Softerra the you can see the data, use the shown recordnames in the query and filter.

The problem turned out to be something to do with permissions, when I used the administrator user name and password it all worked ok. I aslo had not setup the search query correctly so your post was helpful

Thanks

John
