but I have a concern my DCH 10 has a RLS status.

What does it mean?

Can somebody help me? What can I do to change it to an active status?

D-channel 10 is your IP Trunks tie to another site..if you have IP trunking between building yes its a concern.

You can try to disable the dchannel in 96 dis dch 10
then go to ld 60 and find the loop that dchannel is attached to.

in ld 60 disl x (x being your loop number)
then enll x (same number)

you might get lucky and bouncing it is all that is needed.

Ok, I'll try to fixed it in that way. but What does RLS mean? RLS = Release? when my D-Channel is in this status means that is disable?

You are correct. REL=release. No it's not disabled, it's just down (not working)
