I tried using LD 23 to create a DN and to have it NCFW to an 800 number with has a local DN tied to it. Having said that - these numbers go into a phone queue and don't terminate on a particular phone set. - When I try to dial the ACD number it's goes straight to voicemail.
When I NCFW the ACD number to a 10 digit number it works fine...
What can I do, if anything to make this work?

Start be posting what you have done already.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Our company has 4 digit dialing enabled between sites

The 888 number resolves locally to the DN 2400 (which I can get to using 4 digit dialling) - but again it went to voicemail

Using this config (as a test) - I was able to call 4277 and get to 7771 (which is on another PBX at our company in another city)

So you want to call 4277 and have it go to 8888738392, is that right?

Make 4277 a phantom and DCFW to the 888 #

by using a phantom with opt cff in th cdb the ncos of the phone controls the call.. with acd the ncos of the trunk gets screened,, another way is to try the acod of route instead of 9.. what i would do..

build a dgt that deletes 4 and inserts 918888738392, then build an rli, build the dn as a dsc point it to the rli.. that lets me assign frl..

4277 is going to mail in the second posting, your sending it there via ncfw.. that acd group is always in nights, unless an agent logs in

I still don't know what he is really trying to do.

Hi Acewarlock - that is exactly what I am trying to do...
Call 4277 but have it forwarded to the 800 number

Tiki.... follow johnpooles advice, that'll work for what you need!

ACOD is the Access Code for the route you want the call to go out on. you would want this to go out on a local route as it is a free call. look at your RDB to see what the ACOD of your local route is.

yep, johns advice on phamptom dcwf to external number is the best way
forwarding calls through an acd in night mode carries alot of restrictions on it..not supported unless pri with answer supv etc..certain trunk types no work
