How are you testing it?
When the Interflow (ENI) key is pressed, the Interflow action occurs only after the following events:
— the number of calls in the source queue equals or exceeds the Overflow Threshold (OVTH)
— all target queues specified for Automatic Overflow are at or past their Busy Thresholds (BYTH), or are in Night Service
— the ENI key has been pressed

I found my initial error. I left AENI set to NO. When I enabled AENI as YES, it immediately started to work. I have not gotten as far as the ENI key setup which would then toggle the Interflow, correct? How is that programmed? Does it require an ACD Supervisor phone with the key defined?
