Ld 2 no longer works to change time

I have a cs1000m release 7, I was asked to change the time as it was a few minutes out. I can log in using my user ok, get the ld 2 dot prompt, but it won't accept
My stad or ttad commands.
Will this have been restricted at the user level by the maintainer?

If this is a CoRes machine running Linus you cant use LD 2 anymore. You have to change the time through UCM
