LD 117 INV Crashing an 81

I have tried to obtain a card inventory on a Rls 25 Option 81C, ie, INV GENERATE CARDS, but it crashed the switch twice, and now reluctant to try again, it worked fine on an 11, any ideas why the switch INI'd?
Do you think I need to call the maintainer to ascertain whether a patch needs applying?

Are you invoking this during production.

No, as soon as I hit return after the "inv generate cards" input I get the "generate card inventory" followed by "started successfully" I immediately get loads of bug messages then the INI

Is this happening on both of the CPU's?

Sorry, I dont know if it happens on both CPU's, I spoke with Kingston Communications on Friday, they recommended a patch insertion, MPLR15821 and MPLR16719, any thoughts?
