Our OTM went down due to a power failure. I disabled the buffers in the PBX and after restoring the OTM server I am able to do all functions as before. When I re-enable the buffers read as follows

=> stat buf

CDR ENL
TRF ENL
STN DIS
Storage space is 6.3% full
Not connected

I don't know how to change the status of the "Not Connected"

I've checked and reconnected physical connections to the link and all are intact.

You cannot change it to connected. When OTM retrieve the CDR from PBX then it comes connected. It's a small time slot, depending how often OTM retrieve data per hour.

I figured it out!!!!!!

Via the Data Buffering access window,along the toolbar at the top of that window there is a connection icon. One can toggle between disconnect and connect. Then confirm in LD 117 in the PBX with a =>Stat buf command.
