Hello,

I'm trying to setup LCR but I'm having real difficulty.

I want to dial 8 and then the call to be prefixed with 1390

Any ideas?

Many thanks,

Adam

If that is ALL you want the LCR to do for you, much simpler to accomplish with system shortcodes:

SC: 8
TN: .
F: SecondaryDialtone

SC: 8[N];
TN: 1390N
LG: whatever
F: Dial

Peter

Hello,

Many thanks for your help Peter.

I have added both those shortcodes but it still doesn't work.

Did I miss something?

Cheers

Adam

Going on from this - I have a site wite a number of different teams that need to go over different LCR codes. So I had to program a user short code for each user. Worked fine, but on their display, the LCR prefix is obviously showing up on their display - is there a way to hide the LCR prefix?

Cheers

Adam did you disable the LCR? Those shortcodes were meant to be instead of the LCR.

With LCR deleted and the SC's I posted above in your system shortcode list, I can't see any reason it wouldn't work (assuming you put the correct line group in).

What happens when you try to call out by dialing 8 + the number?

Peter
