LCR - some telephones work other no.

HI all,
until some month ago everything was working well and without problems.
For some month I have changed the tail carrier preselection have and ever since on a few telephones he works on others not, I better explain that is if I take a channel from T1 with Roddi and manually dial all the number it works on everybody analogic or digital on several stores and various lim to myself.
Someone has a idea of what could be?
I have a MD110 BC11 sp12.
 
Do you use CUST parameter on extensions and routes?
 
NO, i'm using a simply LCR to many carrier (price list to be convenient). I'm using one for default (DNT2 table) and the other prefix to be process are in the DNT1.
That has worked properly for 3 year without problem.
