Hi,
Thank you very much for help with my previous question, I have now set up my IPECS-50 LIK50B with a BRI>GSM gateway and I am having difficulties with LCR.
I have placed two GSM lines in CO group 2.
LCR I have set:
PGM220 'LCR access mode':Only Loop LCR
PGM221 'LCR type':COL, 'Compared Digits':07, 'DMT1':000000
PGM222 'CO/IP group':2
e.g. The GSM number i am trying to call is 07890 123456
with the settings above I dial 907890123456.
The GSM gateway CO LED lights, and the LCD shows 0707890123456 and the call does not connect. For some reason an extra '07' is added to the dialled number.
If i set 'number of digits to be removed':4 and i dial 907890123456 the station LCD initially shows 0707890123456 the call connects ok and then when the call is answered, the LCD changes to 070707890123456.
This also breaks all 9 + 01 number calls unless i create a PGM221 entry for '01' and also set PGM222 'remove digits':4 for '01' calls.
I have read through all the LCR posts in the forum and I can't see anyone else having to remove digits to make LCR work correctly. Where are all these extra 07's coming from?
Have I set area code prefix insertion wrongly somewhere?
thanks,
Oli.
