i am getting strange things with the SCN ext to ext calls where the voice quality is unreadable but if they call the full number which goes via LCR over the vpn as well the voice qaulity is perfect, is there difference in the codecs used by LCR as compared to SCN?
In the LCR shortcode that is being matched, what dial feature did you use (dial, dial3k1, etc.)?
Try creating a system shortcode that matches an extension on the other end (as if you weren't using SCN - we're going to override it for a test) and use the same dial feature code. Then dial that extension and see how the quality is.
