Hi Guys, i had been wondering. My present video card is Cardexpert Geforce 2 32MB and ViewSonic EF70. Nowadays, my eyes seems to get tired easily after 2 to 3hrs of usage(normally forum surfing). Don't know is it is time to change to flicker free LCDs and a better video card? Please help me, thanks.

Checks your refresh rate! Go to screen properties, Settings , Advanced, Adapter and make sure that you have the fastest refresh rate that your monitor will support for the color depth/resolution you want. Going down to 16bit color may help to speed things up.

I find it difficult to use monitors <75Hz refresh rate for any length of time. LCD monitors are OK but give me a big trinitron any day.
