I have a problem with LC WIN cant communicate with it! I also use the same IP for BVO and Composer and they work fine any suggestions on how to fix this! Thanks

If your switch is configured right the ACD part of things (BVO and Composer) have a completely separate IP address than does the switch - there are generally 2 different ethernet ports involved, etc. At least that's the way all of mine are. Even if you have an external ACD system like I think you said in your other post it will still have its own IP address. Find out what IP the switch is running on and you should be good to go.

So i found the IP address and tried to ping it times out now! Checked the network and found no problems even tested cable and everything is good till i plug it in then cant ping it still!

Some things you just can't ping - like if their firewall is blocking it, etc. Have you tried just connecting to the IP with LC-Win?

Also, have you checked the Customer LAN settings in your switch to make sure they are right? If you have LC-Win on a laptop you can connect in through the serial port on the Callout Adapter or you can dial in using the number of the callout adapter - or connect with ProComm.

I tried connecting with the IP and lcwin comes back with "initializing communications failed". I also cant connect to that IP through procomm either. Dont have a modem or a lap top to try to dial in.I'll have to bring that from home to give it a try. Is there somewhere I can find to make sure that IP is even in the switch! I checked the customer LAN and found the gateway address there. Also tried to connect to A1 server using UDSC were LC Win is located and cant!Check HID connection shows my A1 server is up and running.Just started working on the 9006 thanks for your help and time.
