Layout Greyed Out and Uneditable 2

I am trying to edit an existing report on crystal reports version 7. Part of the design layout is white and I am able to edit formulas in this area. The rest of the fields and formulas are in the greyed out area which are not right-clickable. The whole report previews and prints well(including the areas in the grey area). So I am unable to edit these formulas. I need to know how to stretch/expand this white layout area so I can edit these fields. Your help is sincerely appreciated

Sounds odd...

Perhaps the layout of the report has items off of the "playing field"?

Can you give an indication where in the report these items are other than "the gray area"

Try changing the layout to landscape and see if that affords you anything.

Or maybe it's a multi-columned details section?
(not sure if that was even available in ver. 7.0)

I am sorry, I did not check the printer driver. Some one installed a label printer on my machine and set it as default. So I was able to see only part of the layout. When I printed I was sending to another printer manually so it was printing fine. This caused all the confusion.
