Layout Cells move on me in DW, why?

when ever i create a page using layout tables and cells to build a site, and view it in my browser (explorer) it looks fine, but when i view it on other computers with explorer brower some times the site looks distorted. the table/cells sizes get bigger for some reason.

Is there a way to make the table/cell sizes not change in size?

set them to a set size, not a percentage.
i.e
use #px not #%
you could also check you aren't getting auto adding spacer images, as these can distort a layout if you make changes.

Sometimes, when my code just won't behave, I take it outside and make it listen to britney spears music, and when it comes back it's really well behaved. I wonder if it's suffering from post tramatic stress syndrome now..
