LAYERS

well, i'm running ultradev 4 in windows 2k and i'm having troubles with the layers, i click to draw layers and as soon as i try to move the layer or resize the layer my computer freezes on me, i can draw it and type in it just not move the layer around or resizes.
-i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling however the problem still persists...
if you have any answers i would sure like it,

If you check this link, you will find that some freeze issues are dependent upon other devices runnung in the background, i.e. video/sound drivers. Check it out and try some of the solutions.
