Layers: Snap Layers

have you downloaded the snap layers extension?
after you have donwloaded it and you have your first page set up make sure you give id's to the elements you want to snap to.
then click on the body tag and go to behaviors and chose snap layers. Then chose the layers you want snapped to the elements you want it snapped to. When you are done make sure the action is set to "onLoad".
then click the body tag again and redo everything you just did. Except this time make sure the action is set o "onResize".
There and now you are all done.
