Layers problem in Dreamweaver

Hi friends,

I have used layers in my page as dropdown menus, but these layers below the Selectbox which i have used in this page. can any body give me a solution to get the menus(layers) in front of Selectbox.

I would imagine you are referring to the z-index.

I do not think you can solve this. Some things are always on top no matter what you do. For example: Form elements, Quicktime movies, and Flash movies. This is a browser thing not a Dreamweaver thing. Wow JT that almost looked like you knew what you were doing!

Unless you have every object in in a layer you wont be able to fix this layer problem.

You cannot use 'drop-downs' or 'pop-ups' created in Fireworks with layers.
A web site OpenCube.com is suppose to have drop-downs that do not interfere with layers.
