Layers/Help

Layers (on top of tables) move out of their places depending on monitor sizes. Is their a way to anchor them. I tried Snap Layers: strangely, whatever element I would want to anchor it to (a slice, let's say) is listed. Snap layers is supposed to be the solution, but it doesn't seem to work for me. The layers have to be on top of the graphics in the tables.

Is there a solution?

Is your layer inside a table cell? If it is then snap layers won't work

1)First, I had meant to write that I tried Snap Layers: strangely, whatever element I would want to anchor it to (a slice, let's say) is NOT listed. Sorry.

2)The layer is NOT in a table cell, just placed and moved on top of a table. Still doesn't work. Any advice would be helpful. Is there a way to do this?
