Layer Set selection question

In late versions of PS, there is a feature which allows you to switch layers by clicking on an object while holding down the apple key. You automatically go to the layere of the object you click on.

Is it possible to d the same thing, but with a layer set?

I've tried the same command, but my layer set springs open (in the layer palette), and I switch to a specific layer, rather than the whole layer set.

Any tips?

As far as I am aware it is just layer spesific.

I haven't come across any hidden key combo to do what you are asking. Sorry

I just learned if you right click the image, CS will list all the layers present at that spot from top to bottom order.

I could tell you how to do it in CS, but "Late Version" must be Beta, 'cause I've never heard of it.

I'm on version 7 - is there a feature in that version?

hello

in 7, its the same, right click anywhere using the move tool (the regular black arrow at the top in the toolbar) and it'll list i think up to 5 of the visible layers that are in that area

note: it'll list all the sets FIRST and then the layers, which can be annoying if you have a lot of sets..
