launching CallPilot manager on BCM50 2.0

I'm trying to lauch call pilot manager from element manager on my first BCM50 2.0. I click on on it and nada, it just sits there. I know call pilot is working because I can access it directly using IE and the URL. It just won't launch from element manager. Anybody run across this problem?

You need to upgrade your version of Element Manager. There is a new version on for 2.0
