Latest Version of Report Distribution Expert

Does anyone know where I can get/find out the latest version of the "Report Distribution Expert"? I have several distributed reports that I have written in V7 that are inaccurate. The fix was to upgrade to V8 and convert the reports. It worked and they run fine on my development PC, but when I distribute and set them up them for clients they are incorrect, I believe because I believe the RDE I am using is still the one from V7 (When I bring it up on a client and click on the about button I see "Seagate Crystal Reports Runtime Version 7.0&quotAfter I refresh the report on the client the Interface screen (CRPE32.dll I think) from V8 comes up (The tabs from v7 for parameter fields changed to test boxes on V8).
Might this be the CRRUN32.EXE file? Can anyone tell me where I could get the latest version that works in V8?

Whether or not it's the most recent version of the application - the 'English Compiled Reports and Report Distribution Expert' can be downloaded from the path :

http://support.crystaldecisions.com/communityCS/FilesAndUpdates/scr8_distr_expert.exe.asp

It is stated (on this link) that 'This file contains an add-in that enables you to compile and distribute reports in the English version of Crystal Reports 8 and 8.5'
There may be a more recent version of this - but its certainly a starting point for you.
