The problem is we are getting frequent paper jams when printing duplex. I recent installed a "newer" duplexer and the problem went away for awhile. It is now back, and worse than ever.
When printer jams, it seems like it has usually fed multiple sheets of paper (from 2 to 5 sheets) and will stop, displaying "Paper Size Error" (or something like that). The pages are really stuck together by static electricity.
The Event Log reports
"Error 13.10.18 Duplex Turn Around, Paper Late Jam"
Jams seem a little streaky. Sometimes printer will print fine for awhile, then it will jam almost every time. The log shows about 30 errors in 1000 pages.
