Hi, I recently got a HP LaserJet 2550n printer however, everytime I want to print multiple copies of a document from any application the printer will only give me one. I looked at the settings and I can request 5 but the printer details say the count copy is always one. I have changed this to 5 put it means I get five of everything. Has anyone come across this before? if so do you knwo how I can make the printer print normally without the count copy. Some people want to print a document once and some wan to print two copies which should not be that hard. Any help would be really apprciated as it is driving me mad. Cheers Mark

Hi, I tried upgrading to the latest driver and the latest software but this did now work either. Cheers Mark

I have a 2550L. I routinely print using PCL6, and, when I request 2 or more copies of a document, it prints the number of copies I requested. You shouldn't have to change a setting on the printer. One thing I did do. I loaded only the print driver on my system. I did not load the additional software that HP supplies.

Hi all, Thanks for the replies. I will try installing again with just the driver and if that does not work I will use the PCL5 driver. Cheers Mark

Anyone tried printing color to the 2550n using PCL5? I seem to get a complete black rectangle/square where the color should be.
