laser printer prints multiple copies of same page

My client recently purchased a Canon LASER SHOT LBP-2410 Laser Printer. The problem is, the printer will print the same page multiple times and this has not happened in other dot matrix and bubble jet printers. Furthermore, before printing starts, there is no messagebox saying "printing... page 1,2 etc". Test page printing however turn out ok. Anybody with previous experience on this problem and solutions? Thanks in advance

Try remove the reference of the printer settings in the report itself, take a look at faq184-581.

The first thing I would do is to try to isolate the problem.

Is it happening with one particular report? If so, does the report behave correctly with other laser printers? Does it only happen in VFP, or do you see the same behaviour in other apps? What about if you try to print directly to the printer in VFP, using ? commands?
