I posted this message in the ASP area of Tek-Tips, but I found no luck to anyone responding.

Max Len for Varchar is 255. Change your field type to Text. Tim

From everything that I've read the max length of a varchar is 8000, I have a field right now w/ a LEN of 4500.

So that couldnt be it.
