this page looks fine in ff, but in ie there is a big gap on the right hand side.. this gap is not present in any other pages.. the page uses the same style sheet as other pages in the site, and those pages have no problems..

the only possible thing that could be causing this is my use of # areas to create the faq page.. other then that im baffled.. can anyone suggest what could be causing this problem on this particular page only?

Are you aware that that whole content is wrongly wrapped inside an h1 element? If you properly close the h1 tag the gap is gone -- but so is most of your formatting.

Fix your HTML and CSS validation errors and the H1 problem that Vragabond mentions before trying to find any problems.

Non-validating code is just not worth the time to debug.

ok its looking better now and i had to reformat most of the text.

when you say fix the validation errors.. was does that mean exactly.. for instance i was advised once not to use the <p> tag within an <a> link tag.. but i have done this several times.. is this an example of that?? what sort of problems/consequences will they have on other browsers?
