it's a 332MB database according to Windows, but when I open it, I don't see anything. The design master window doesn't come up, no forms, no tables, nuthin'!

I've tried a compact & repair but it didn't help (although it decreased the size of the DB by about 50%).

anything else I can do to repair this thing?

thanks, Andi

What happens if you open the DB with the shift key depressed ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

Is it possible that the developer has hidden all these things?

Try TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> and on the VIEW tab select SHOW HIDDEN OBJECTS

Try creating a New database and import everything from the old one into it and see if it now works.

Life's a journey enjoy the ride...
