I have a laptop that, when I do a netstat I see 100's of IP addresses, smtp protocol but have been unable to find the culprit. I KNOW this is why we have gotten blacklisted. I don't have the machine on the network as the minute it detects a connection it starts spewing. Does anyone know what I can look for? I have run Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, rootkitrevealer, hijackthis, 2 different antivirus products; located a cutwail and pl.exe entry in the registry which I deleted. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you've done all that I'd suggest running DBaN to wipe the drive clean and reinstall Windows. Less chance of anything creeping back up on ya. If you figure how many hours you've spent working on it versus how long it would take to wipe the drive and reinstall, the reinstall usually doesn't seem like a bad idea.
