Laptop Lenovo T60 Intel Express 945GM video

I'm trying to install a game that requires a the video card support at least shader model 1.0. Below is all I can find out about the video card. I've updated to the latest drive and directx version. According to the Intel webiste this card should support the Shader Model 2.0. When I try to install the game, in the video check the game says the video does not support shader model. Any ideas?
