Lantronix UDS config Settings for telnet access

Is anyone familiar with the configuratino settings for a Lantronix UDS-10 that is used for telnet access to an Octel250/350?
I am looking for teh correct port settings to allow telnet access.

Anyone?

In the UDS 10 you just tell it that the RS 232 is 9600 8 n 1 and assign the IP address to it and tell it what port to use. You can use and port you would like but we always use 3001 then configure the ProComm plus for telnet with the ip address of the UDS and the port number and bam you should be in. Make sure the async port on the Octel is set to 9600.
