Language Help in GroupWise

Here's the situation. GroupWise 6.0 is loaded on a Dell Optiplex GX260 in a Windows 2000/Novell4.83 environment. The desktop is locked down to prevent changes. Three weeks ago printing from GroupWise resulted in Hebrew characters printing to the page. The language options in both GroupWise and Windows are set to English. Is there another option we are missing???
 
According to Novell, this is caused by using an "Enhanced" print driver. See one of the following TID's for more info:

Sorry, but I don't know what causes this problem or how to fix it. We ran into it a year ago and just ended up imaging the computer. The problem hasn't returned.
