I am giving a family a laptop that is running Windows 98 Second Edition. It is their first computer. I would like to have everything, text, programs, etc, in Spanish (its English now) so they are not so intimidated by the computer....any suggestions as to how to accomplish this? Thank you for your help

This is solved quite easily, all you need to do is go to controll panel then regional settings. There you can choose the language in which most documents will be displayed. Although some programs will not function in this language

Regional settings ????
If you want it all in Spanish, well ... you will have to reinstall it in .. yes ... Spanish

I assume you mean re-installing windows 98 and choosing Spanish as the language?

yes, but you will need a SPANISH windows CD to do this
