LAN2 to LAN1 1

Hi guys, we have an issue with IP Office 500 v2 7.05.
An thank you for help me before.


Lan 1: 192.168.1.xxx (Lan1 has several 1608s connected)
Lan 2: public IP (SIP trunk also in Lan 2)

We have the video softphone connect to IP office by using Lan2 public ip. Those softphone can register the server with extension but when those softphones call IP hard phones in LAN1. IP hard phones can not hear the voice from the softphone. Softphone can hear the IP hard phone.

We know maybe the issue is routing the data traffic from Lan2 to Lan1 and from Lan1 to Lan2.

We try to enable nat but with no luck.

You guys have any idea?

Turn off direct media path for the internal IP phones

We try this with no luck.
Internal also has the digital phones.
The same issue is one way voice.

Then it is a routing issue, something is blocking the ports and stoppng voice packets from getting to the system or vice versa

We did an ip route for LAN2:

0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0
public IP's gateway
Lan2

Not the systems routing, beyond that in the gateways that route the traffic over the web
