Hello everyone,

I am having an issue and need your help. I have configured the setting on LAN 1 for the One X mobile app and all is good. Users can connect to the system using their cell phones and make/receive calls through the One X app. However when I make those changes on the LAN settings my Snom paging devices loose registration. Any idea what can be causing this?

You have set a domain name on the SIP client settings on lan1.
Your Snom paging system is configured to use the IP address.
Normally when the domain name is not configured on the sip settings then the IPO uses the lan IP address.
So now you have to configure the domain name in the Snom instead of the IP address.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks tlpeter, I tried to register the Snom device using the domain name but it would not register. In system monitor I would get a response of "606: SIP not acceptable". So, I've decided to try to use LAN 1 for the internal SIP devices (Conference phones, Snoms, and IP Dect handsets) and use LAN 2 for remote workers and One-X users. Have you attempted something like this in the past? If so, do you think I will run in to any other problems I can't foresee right now?
