LAN CTE

Is there any programs in Visual Basic that would let me examine the data stream coming out of LAN/CTE? If not in VB, in any other language? Samples? Any ideas where to look? I have a particular app that I can't solve with off the shelf software.

What is it you want to look at and what are you trying to do?
Ethereal is a free sniffer program you can get off the net.
Don't know if that will work for you.
Provide a little more info and maybe I can help.

I need to get info like what the BCM Monitor puts out except I have to tie it to a VB application and ACCESS database. I need the called number info and status as to whether the call is active so as to show kind of an off premise busy lamp field.
