LAN CTE / BCM450 R6 Windows 7

I am getting the following error after the reboot:

What's the LAN CTE app, if it's TAPI it wont be supported i.e Call manager

The documentation drives me crazy. It says LAN CTE is compatible with Windows 7 32/64 bit.

In the LAN CTE task based guide 100125648 it list Windows 7 as a compatible OS.

I am pretty sure there are other TAPI devices that work with Windows 7 - specifically some modems. Also I understand that the Shortel phone system has a TAPI application that works in Windows 7.

I dont work on the Shoretel or the modems so the information is coming to me from someone else.

So is there another way than TAPI to make the LAN CTE communicate with the BCM450 or is the documentation wrong?
