Lake Ripple Effect

Could someone help me with my problem.
I have copied this applet into my html file:

Then I uploaded the &quot;Lake into the same directory but I don't get the effect?

What am I doing wrong

HI, i bet if you done it without the Golf picture over it, it would work.

The Applet worked grand as the page was loading, and then turned static once the golf banner appeared

I need the water in the Golf picture to ripple
