Lagacy system message Sys1400

Anyone who might know what the message Sys 1400 means would be very helpful. I have a customer with an Opt 51C on old X11 software who just had a Sys1400 event occur. This could be due to some electrical anomily but can't say until i can see what this message means. I cannot find this on any of the web pages or in any of the Input / output manuals I have. Frustrating!!! Thanks in advance!

i want to say that is a momnitor problem.. when was the filters last changed?

i trashed my books older then rls 24 about a month ago.. rls 24 does not ref 1400, but others in that range are on the monitor side..
